Prior to COVID-19, our standards were already best in class. To ensure you feel safe and comfortable when you stay in our managed and controlled farm stay home, we have introduced Enhanced Standards. We closely Oversee and Enforce Rigorous Housekeeping Standards to ensure that you and your family are entering into a Clean Home where you can focus on what matters most— Creating Memories Together That Will Last A Lifetime.

We are now following the new CDC guidelines for COVID-19 in advice with local doctors as technical advisors.

Residence Cleaning protocols:

Our housekeeping standards have been boosted with enhanced cleaning protocols, including daily cleaning and disinfecting of frequently touched surfaces, like tables, doorknobs, light switches, countertops, handles, remote controls, faucets, and many more.

When cleaning bedrooms: linens and bedding shall not be shaken, so as not to disperse viral particles into the air. They shall be washed at intensely and completely dried out before storing. We will also strive to change linens between stays.

Healthy & Clean Staff:

Our staff has been enforced with a high emphasis on personal hygiene using general guidelines set with the aid of WHO protocols like: Daily temperature screening; frequent deep washing their hands with hand sanitiser or soap for at least 20 seconds. We are dedicated to manage and minimise risks of spreading the infection.

In-between stays: It takes up to 2 hours for COVID particles to settle to the ground. Once guests have checked out, wait for 2 hours before entering the villa to clean; Ensure a rest period of at least 24h between two stays; Deep cleaning of the villa, including Cushions & Bed Sheets.

Have A Clean Vacation

Amenities included with any residence follow the same standards (wherever possible). Additionally, on request, the following items are now provided for guest use like Hand sanitiser, Disposable face masks, Disposable gloves, Disinfectant wipes. Guests will also be invited to choose your level of contact with personnel during their stay, including the following: Remote check-in, orientation, and/or check-out, Doorstep grocery delivery on request, or the traditional stocking. As much or as little daily housekeeping as you would like. If you elect to receive any service that requires our staff to enter your residence while you are present (e.g., welcome orientation, housekeeping), you, your guests, and our team members will all be required to wear masks if social distancing is not feasible.

Grocery Delivery on Request:

One of the benefits of staying in our farm stay is the ability to have your personal grocery order stocked upon your arrival. We will still offer this service, but with added precautions. Please note, the WHO reports there is no evidence showing that food or food packaging has been linked to contracting COVID-19. However, staff delivering groceries will follow the updated protocol upon entering the home (on request) like Place grocery bags on floor, not countertop; Soap & Wash hands for 20 seconds; Rinse produce; Clean cans and packaging; Disinfect all surfaces touched.
